Hey, I edited....XD back to movie bitching people!
It was my first time to experience an earthquake. I was in the 9th floor too.
Everyone was like,"OMG!!!!" and "KYAAA!!!!" and "SHIIIIT!!!!!" or "WOW, AWESOME!"
I was like: "..." (absorbed in finishing deviant journal)
Neways....
Wow....Blvd-Square added my artworks...I'm SO honored. *KYAAA!!!! So once again...an updated journal...but no artwork. oh well....
Hey I finally watched "REC". It's a spanish, horror flick. A new take on an old concept. The first person view on the movie was cool. It's about a tv crew accompanying a few firemen to this apartment and they get shut in and weird things start to happen. It got a 93 % on Rotten Tomatoes. Nice... The only bad side about it is America is doing this TOTAAAAAALLY original film using first person view. It's about a tv crew accompanying a few firemen to this apartment and they get shut in and weird things start to happen. ORIGINAL.-_-
Movies that I watched this year; part 1:
Battle Royale- Yah, I'm a failure for a Japanese fan. But I was pretty much self-absorbed with anime so I missed out on all the good movies. The movie is about the government of Japan going politically bonkers because of the economy (hard to believe) and for entertainment they pit a class of highschool kids against each other. A pretty good film, for its philosophy, humor and...THE KILLS!!!! Man! I LOVE THE KILLS!!!! This film made me start loving gory flicks and guns and knife wielding girls slashing horny dudes and...ahem.... yeah I watched it for the kills....I recommend the book and the manga though. The scenes are more explicit! XD
Memorable lines:"Die, Bitch!", "I know this may sound cliche but babe, we were born to run"
Moving on....Meet the Spartans: OH GOD! MY EYES, MY EYES!!!! Don't you even dare try watching it without watching 300! Even then, the movie doesn't even compare to a Date movie or the Scary Movie Franchise.
The Mummy 3;Tomb of the Dragon Emperor: "Disappointment Returns" more like it. Jet Li and the Asian theme is a very nice touch but hell, it's the same story line all over again with the addition a grown-up Alex and teen issues. Special effects were good but with all the technology, i was expecting something more. Humor though was cute. I especially like the concept of Jet Li's detachable face.
Memorable lines: "Here we go again!"
Shutter; Thailand version: Yes, I only cater to the original versions. Screw America for being so unoriginal lately. Shutter is a beautiful flick...add the suspense. I absolutely love it and the twist in the end catches you off guard. I will never look at a camera with fish lens the same way again, though. For people who love photography, and those who like a good scare...with hints of romance. XD lol.... Boys if you are looking for a scary flick but want to get snugly with your girls (pogi points! nax!) watch Shutter...Thailand version hah?
The Forbidden Kingdom: Jackie Chan and Jet Li goodness but it ends there! That non-Asian kid spoils the whole movie plot, character personality...EVERYTHING. The movie is cliche too with the good vs evil thingie. Recommended if you just want Jackie Chan and Jet Li duke it out on each other and that non-Asian kid. >

Hellboy 2, The Golden Army: Worth watching is the humor, the characters, the effects and Hellboy. Definitely. Sadly, the plot is lacking and you can easily guess the end. DX WAH!
I end here munaaaa.
